Customer Support & Services (CSS) cell of M P Birla Cement

The CSS cell is a unique on-call support system for dealers and consumers. It offers practical suggestions and guidance to consumers on home building, construction practices and choice of the right cement. On-site supervision of work and prompt attention to complaints are priorities for the CSS cell. It has more than 50 on-site vans manned by engineers for the purpose. It also conducts awareness programmes for consumers and technical meets for engineers and masons.
